My wife and I stayed here for NYE recently. The unit was clean, quiet and in a great spot. Pricing was a bit elevated vs normal rental periods, but that location for the holiday really couldn't be beat. It's easy walking distance from all the stuff you want to see.. Opera house, harbor bridge, Circular Quay, botanical gardens, etc.
The unit is on the 12th floor and has a city view. The view of the harbor is from the pool/entertainment deck up on the 24th. Awesome view, but the pool was always quite hectic.
Our contact, Tammy, was awesome. She was responsive and proactive and really helped make any issues or questions fade away quickly.
When I head back to Sydney again, I'll definitely look to see if this place is available and would highly recommend. It's cozy and was very comfortable for the two of us.

Solid location in the rocks with 24 hour access and close to all transport, restaurants and bars. Washer dryer and well outfitted kitchen.

very happy with the apartment the pool area in this building is amazing and very good opening times allowing plenty of use after daily outings , the apartment itself was a good size with everything we needed including washing machine and dryer
a minor issue with key collection but this was not the owners fault, ana was fast to contact and very apologetic and did everything in her power to sort the issue out as fast as she could .
overall we were very happy and comfortable with this unit and have saved to our favourites for our next sydney trip we will definitely be back again and recommending this property to others

While we did have some issues, and it can be hard to get hold of the person responsible for addressing our issues, once we got through to that person, everything was addressed graciously, and effectively, and we had a lovely stay. Any issue was probably just bad luck or timing and we would encourage anyone considering this property to stay here without hesitation!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The kitchen was great for any cooking and there was certainly enough pots pans etc. The position was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to circular quay and away you go. Trains, trams, ferries all on hand. The apartment was spacious and I love a seperate bedroom area, rather than all in one room. The washing machine and dryer were great if you stay for some days or have children and need to wash frequently.
